Meetings of Members
Annual Meetings ( Bylaws Article X 10.1 (Pages 10 and 11 )
The annual meetings of the members of the Association shall be held on the first Tuesday of November of each year, at such place as may be fixed by the Board of Directors. If the day of the annual meeting of members is a legal holiday, the meeting will be held on the first day following which is not a legal holiday. At the annual meeting, directors shall be elected, reports of the affairs of the Association shall be considered, assessment levels shall be established and any other business within the powers of the membership may be transacted.
